sliding scale information

In the spirit of equity and accessibility, I keep a limited number of spaces in my weekly schedule reserved for those who cannot afford my full fee ($150 per 55 minute session).

Therapy is an investment on many levels. While choosing to commit to the therapy process for a given period of time may require financial sacrifice in other areas, it should not create financial hardship. I am committed to engaging in change-focused therapy work that invites depth and complexity while also honoring efficiency.  Please see the chart below for specific information about payment options.

If you are unable to afford needed therapy using this scale, you can inquire about pro-bono (free) therapy.  I offer one pro-bono spot at a time for a 16 hour course of therapy.

The sliding scale model is built on mutual trust. I will not ask to verify your financial situation. I am offering transparency about what I need financially to do this work, including the significant, ongoing investments I make in training and supervision.  I appreciate your support.
